To support youth entrepreneurship, HBL Bank offers Kamyab Jawan Program Loan financing. The purpose is to empower youth by offering them opportunities to use their entrepreneurial potential fully. Under the Kamyab Jawan scheme, applications have been reopened by the government.

Prime Minister's Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES) Overview
Taking into consideration the financial needs of young entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses, the Government of Pakistan adopted a plan. PMKJ YES (Prime Minister's Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurial Scheme) has been introduced by the government.
Applicants must be Pakistani residents aged 21 to 45 and have entrepreneurial potential. 18 is the minimum age for IT/Ecommerce businesses. Pakistan's Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme encourages both startups and business expansion. Through our website, you must submit a loan application online.
HBL Bank Kamyab Jawan Loan Scheme Apply Online
The purpose of this financing scheme is to provide youth with affordable financing so they may start a new business or expand their existing SME business. The government of Pakistan has instructed the banks to offer at least 25% of the loans to women as per their directives.
As part of the YES kamyab jawan program, the loans are divided into three tiers according to their interest rates.
| Tier 1 | A 3% mark-up is applied to the range from 100,000 up to 1 million PKR. No Security required for loan in this tier. |
| Tier 2 | With a 4% markup, the range is above 1 million to 10 million PKR. |
| Tier 3 | With a markup of 5%, the range is upwards of 10 million to 25 million Pakistani rupees. |

Eligibility Criteria Of Prime Minister Youth Loan Scheme 2024
- Any Pakistani citizen aged 21-45 with entrepreneurial potential is eligible.
- However, 18 is the minimum age for IT/E-Commerce businesses.
- For sole proprietors and individuals, the above age limit applies.
- In addition, any other form of business, including partnerships and corporations, must have at least one owner, partner, or director in this age bracket.
- SMEs can apply for new financing from all sectors (including agriculture).
