Checklist Documents For Scholarship Benevolent Fund 2024
- Copy of the student’s CNIC or B-form
- A copy of the parent’s and child’s CNICs (in case of death, a copy of the guardian’s CNIC will be provided)
- In-service employees/retirees (male or female) can use attested copies of pension books (PPO) with attested copies of salary slips (latest pay slips for the year 2024).
- There is a requirement that students submit a copy of their results card for the year 2022 (with at least 60% or higher marks) from their Board or University (students are ineligible if any subject has been failed or they are absent). Online submission of the results card is not permitted.
- In case of a monthly grant, include a copy of the sanction letter and the Ledger number on the application form.
- Students/children from private educational institutions will receive a certificate of recognition from their board/university and their Registration Number for the year 2022-23.
