75 Best Scholarships 2023 In Pakistan
The scholarships will only be awarded on confirmation of admission to selected universities. Scholars who acquire advanced degrees in cutting-edge technologies will become national assets for the country.
MS scholarships will last 2 years, and Ph.D. scholarships 4 years. Applicants must submit their applications by March 21, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria For Talent New Scholarship 2023 In Pakistan
- Pakistani/Azad Kashmiri nationals required
- Unconditional admission to any of the top 25 universities in the world (QS or THE)
- Criteria for applicants are as follows
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant fields of study or equivalent to 16 years of education
- Masters, MPhils, and ME are required for Ph.D. scholarships
- There can be 1st Division in terminal degree or maximum 1st Division in semester system (in annual system)
- On the closing date, the maximum age
- University/college faculty members and public sector employees have 40 years of service
- In all other cases, 35 years are required

- Apply online at https://eportal.hec.gov.pk/ on the HEC e-portal
- Admission to the top 25 universities in the world is required
- After completing their studies, candidates must return to Pakistan
- HEC requires successful candidates to serve in Pakistan for 3 years for MS and 5 years for Ph.D
