A decision is being made by the Punjab Board Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) on whether to announce the Tentative Matric Result next month.
As per details, the PBCC is considering the possibility of announcing the matric result on 31 August. Although a final date will not be announced just yet, it will be announced after considering the views of the Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC).
All secondary education boards in Punjab conducted their final exams for class 9th beginning on 26 May and ending on 10 June. In contrast, all secondary education boards conducted their 10th-grade exams from 10 to 25 May.
Tentative Matric Result Date Announcement
According to media reports, over 270,000 candidates were expected to appear in the matriculation exams this year. However, because students will not be assigned positions this year, they will be awarded grades instead of marks.
A couple of months ago, the PBCC announced in March that it had decided to abolish the supplementary exam model for inter and matric at the end of this year.
10Th Class Supplementary Examination Result Date
A biannual examination will replace a supplementary examination in the future. As for the first annual exams, these will be held like regular final examinations. After enrollment and intermediate results are announced, the second annual examination will occur.
