New Scotland Government Scholarship 2023 for Pakistani Students
Students can apply for the Scotland Scholarship 2023 for Pakistani Students, funded by the Scottish Government, which covers a maximum two-year master’s degree and four-year bachelor’s degree at any university recognized by the Higher Education Commission in Pakistan.
A Scotland Scholarship is being offered this year for the first time at the undergraduate level for a four-year bachelor’s degree. The British Council will coordinate with selected scholars and universities in Pakistan through nominated university focal persons.

Eligibility Criteria Required For Scotland Saltire Government Scholarship
Scotland Government Scholarships for Pakistani Students are awarded based on the following criteria:
- Application is only open to females.
- A Pakistani national must be the applicant at the time of application.
- Study one of the above-listed subjects for four years or two years for a master’s degree
- Obtain a confirmation of admission from an HEC-recognized Pakistani university.
- Application is encouraged for young women with disabilities who live in rural areas or are members of minority groups.
Documents Required for Scotland Scholarship 2023
To apply for a Scotland Government Scholarship, you must include the following documents:
- An application form that has been duly filled out
- A scanned copy of the CNIC
- Transcripts scanned Copy
- The parents’ or guardians’ salary slips (or any other proof of the parent’s/guardian’s employment status)
- Result sheet or certificate of most recent educational completion
- An official certificate of enrollment and admission to the master’s/bachelor’s program
- You should have a copy of your program’s tuition fee schedule. It is also necessary to provide a fee schedule for hostel costs if you wish to utilize hostel facilities.
