Punjab Board Announces Final Exams 2022 Date Sheet For Classes 1 to 8

The Punjab School Education Department (PSED) has notified that the examination process will wrap up on May 20. The final results of punjab board exams 2022 date sheet will announced on May 31, and the next academic year set to begin on August 1.

Classes 1 to 8 in Punjab institutions will begin taking their final exams on May 9 under the recently enacted Single National Curriculum (SNC).

The Punjab School Education Department (SED) will publish the examination results on May 31 after the examination completed on May 20. Classes start on August 1.

Students in grades 3 through 8 will take both objective and subject-based tests. While students in grades 1 and 2 will take oral exams.

Grades 3 to 8 will take written English, Urdu, General Science, Mathematics, and Social Science exams. At the same time, Muslim children will assessed in Islamiat, and those who not Muslim will assessed in Ethics.

In January, the Punjab State Education Department announced that starting March 5. Tests would held throughout the province for grades 1 to 8.

The Punjab Minister of Education, Dr Murad Raas, said at a recent press conference that the government is making all efforts to encourage students to go to school during the pandemic.

There is a limit of 50 percent of the capacity of the venue for gatherings up to 500 participants indoors and 1,000 participants outdoors. We will expect participants to observe Covid-appropriate behaviour during these gatherings.

Punjab reported 1,649 new cases of Covid-19 on Tuesday. The state also reported two old deaths.
