The Government of Pakistan has launched a new phase of the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program 2023 to reduce poverty and unemployment. This program will provide free technical training to 25 thousand of unemployed youth from middle- and lower-class backgrounds.
Across the country, NAVTTC will administer this program at the national level. The Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program 2023 also offers a wide range of short courses.
Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program 2023
All short courses provide a wide range of job-focused skills. The government previously paid stipends to all selected candidates. In the advertisement, the stipend for candidates from the region is stated as 2500 rupees a month, while for those from FATA is stated as 3500 rupees a month, but the amount of the stipend has yet to be specified.

Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program 2023 Phase 4
Those who succeed in certain fields will also receive free tool kits. Participants in the program can work in both foreign and local industries after completing the program. Our local industry will gain a competitive advantage due to the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Programme. A skilled workforce will also be produced.
Terms & Conditions of Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program 2023
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 40.
- A pass in the 8th grade is required for applicants.
- Monthly stipends are only paid if 90 percent attendance is achieved.
- A quota of 10 percent is reserved for disabled individuals; however, they should apply for courses they can easily complete.
- Minority students have been allocated a 5 percent quota.
Desired candidates must submit the following documents to their concerned training institute.
1. Certifications of Education
2. Certificate of domicile attested
3. A copy of your computerized national identification card with an attested signature
4. Recent color photographs the size of a passport
NAVTTC will not pay students TA/DA

Applications can be submitted until 16-04-2023. NAVTTC website and all institutes’ websites have application forms. This page also contains a download link for the application form. An application copy can also be used.

A complete list of all institutes can be found below. Interviews will be conducted to determine admission. Navttc portal and institute notice boards will announce the interview date and list of successful candidates on 18-4-23. Then, in a few weeks, classes will begin.
