I was instructed in the letter to refer to the above topic and to report that the Punjab Chief Minister approved the recruitment of non-teaching staff (BS-01 to BS-04). Attached is the breakdown of the approved jobs to be advertised.
The Chairperson of the District Recruitment Committee (DRC) will publish all district-level job advertisements for recruitment against Non-Teaching Staff (BS-1 to BS-4), indicating category-wise quotas. The scheme uses a quota/open merit system with 3% jobs for those with disabilities, 5% for minorities, 15% for women, and 20% for retirees.
